Mickey Grand
Born and raised in South Florida, MI, Mike has always enjoyed the outdoors and has been drawn to alternative forms of exercise. With experience in dance and the circus arts it became clear to him that strength and flexibility were complements. This duality provides exquisite body awareness and lends itself to his bold and balanced flow.
Mike has been practicing yoga for 10 years and completed his 200hr teacher training at American Yoga. He teaches to all levels and his flow connects ‘prana’ the breath with ‘asana’ the pose. He uses music to meditate, making uptempo choices and creating playlists that suit his flow. Mike feels that a long-term yoga practice will create a lifelong transformation.
